For those who were confused at first, like I was...
The dolphin fish (also known as Mahi-Mahi in Hawaiian, or the Dorado)
has bright turquiose, green and yellow patterns, which fade almost immediately upon death. I had to look up the scientific name: Coryphaena hippurus.
Would be awesome to use for mermaid tails....
